At Karin Herzog, we strive to make your shipping experience fast, smooth, and fully transparent. Order tracking is available on all shipments.
We ship all orders across the United States. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends, public holidays, and pre-order items.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking details and a direct link to follow your package.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $185.00 — Flat rate of $7.99
- Orders over $185.01 — Free Shipping
Placing multiple orders at the same time? We’ll combine them whenever possible — no extra shipping fees will be charged.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Delivery Time: 5–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
Important Delivery Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Karin Herzog is not responsible for additional shipping costs if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will notify you and process a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return fees.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us immediately at info@karinherzog.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll open an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to 5–10 business days to resolve.
