Q: How quickly are orders processed? A: Orders are processed within 1β2 business days, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? A: Contact us at info@karinherzog.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be available.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation after ordering? A: Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship within the United States only.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Total estimated delivery is 6β11 business days β 1β2 days processing plus 5β9 days transit.
Q: Will I be charged extra for multiple orders? A: No β if you place multiple orders at the same time, no additional shipping fees will be charged.
Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with real-time tracking details and a link to follow your delivery.
Q: What if my order is lost or damaged in transit? A: Email us at info@karinherzog.shop with your order number and photos if damaged. We'll open a carrier investigation within 5β10 business days.
Q: What happens if my parcel is returned undelivered? A: We'll notify you and process a refund, minus shipping costs and any fees incurred to recover the parcel.

Q: What is your return window? A: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Q: What condition must items be in for a return? A: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
Q: How do I start a return? A: Visit our Return CentreΒ with your order details. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Q: What will I receive for an approved return? A: Approved returns are issued as store credit.
Q: Do you charge restocking fees? A: No β we do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Q: What items are final sale and cannot be returned? A: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
