Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Free Return Shipping: We provide a free prepaid return shipping label via email. To receive it, visit our Return Centre with your order number and clear photos or proof of the item’s condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, mainly for the wrong size, wrong item, or defective products. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions.

- Sale & discounted items (including promo code orders)
- Gift cards
- Footwear & jewelry
- Leather goods (bags, wallets, etc.)
- Limited edition pieces
Important Notes
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Items returned without prior approval or that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our team. Any signs of use, wear, missing tags, or damage will result in the return being denied.
