karinherzog delivers to all regions within Germany. Orders from our website are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We always aim to provide a prompt and reliable service.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which may also include tracking details if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
