Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- How to Start a Return: Email us at support@kerinherzog.shop with your order number. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@kerinherzog.shop with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Final Sale Items
Some sale or clearance items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
