1. How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping to the USA for $7.99 on all orders.

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing, plus 5–12 business days for delivery once shipped.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email support@kerinherzog.shop to start a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and are issued to your original payment method.
